Strawberry Sticky Buns

Sticky buns are a delicious morning breakfast and brunch treat. Skip the bakery and make your own homemade, fresh out of the oven spring sweet rolls. The combination of strawberry and light cream cheese frosting makes for a perfect brunch sweet roll.
If you've enjoyed our sweet sticky bun, you'll love this new strawberry version. These strawberry sweet rolls are stuffed full of fresh strawberries, then smothered in a creamy cream cheese icing. Perfection!

1In a small saucepan over medium low heat add the milk and butter. Stir until the butter has melted and remove from heat. Let stand until luke warm temperature.
2In a large mixing bowl whisk together the contents of the large bag found in your box Do You Bake? Sticky Rolls box mix with your wet ingredients.
3Beat with an electric mixer or dough hook until a soft dough forms and becomes smooth
Make Your Rolls
1On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough into a large 9x15 square. About ¼-1/2 inch thick.
2Spread strawberry pie filling evenly on top of the dough.
3Sprinkle the contents of your filling mix package on top of your strawberry pie filling.
4Roll up the 15 inch side into a log and pinch the seams.
5Cut into 9-12 slices depending on how thick you want your cinnamon rolls.
6Place in a greased 9x13 inch pan and lightly brush tops with warm melted butter. Let rise for an additional 45 to 60 minutes until doubled in size
Bake Your Rolls
1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until just golden brown on the tops.
Glaze Your Rolls
1In a small bowl combine contents of your glaze package with cream cheese, butter and milk. Beat until smooth. Glaze the tops of your rolls with your cream-cheese pecan goodness and serve immediately
