Mini Loaves are awesome! Use your Do You Bake? classic beer bread and sweet maple walnut crunch to create a fabulous veggie filled quick bread. Slightly sweet, perfectly dense hearty loaf you and your family will enjoy any time of day. Grab a slice for breakfast, brunch or dinner! Not a fan of beer? No problem! Substitute with any carbonated beverage of choice. Try a light lemon-lime soda for a subtle hint of citrus.

  • Cook: 30 mins
  • Yields: 4 mini loaves


Classic Beer Bread 1 Box Mix

Walnuts 1/2 cup (coarsely chopped)

Cinnamon 1/2 Teaspoon

Nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon

Zucchini 1 cup (grated)

Carrots 1 cup (peeled and grated)

Beer 12 oz bottle

Sweet Maple Walnut Crunch 4 Tablespoons

Butter 2 Tablespoons (melted)


1 Heat oven to 350 ̊ F and grease lightly 4 mini loaf pans.

2In a large bowl, combine beer bread mix, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg, zucchini and carrots and stir.

3Pour beer and stir lightly until just combined. Do not over mix.

4Divide batter between the prepared mini loaf pans.j

For the TOPPING :

1Sprinkle each loaf with 1 tablespoon Sweet Maple Walnut Crunch and drizzle with ½ tablespoon melted butter.

2Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Let loaves cool on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
