Vanilla Creme Caramel and Protein Oatmeal

MY delicious breakfast combining BOTH Do You Bake? and Crave It brand products. This helps cut through the massive hunger in the morning for me and is also a great combination to have post cardio or pre/post weight lifting workout.

Used -- Crave It Vanilla Creme Caramel 0 Sugar Premium Protein Blend AND the Do You Bake? Warm Vanilla Sugar superfood blend.

Ingredients

1 scoop Crave It Vanilla Creme Caramel 0 Sugar Protein Blend

1/2 cup dry (about 30g) Crave It Warm Vanilla Sugar Superfood Blend (packed with A smorgasbord of ancient grains including quinoa, kasha, bulger, and chia mixed with both rolled, scotch and steel cut mix.)

1 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

1/2 oz. walnut pieces and a tablespoon of berries

Directions

1Heat milk until almost boiling.

2Add your cereal blend and stir quickly. Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer, stirring occasionally until thick. In the original 'quantities' I have allotted for a little extra milk in order to compensate for the additional protein which will also thicken it post cooking.

3Remove from heat and pour into a bowl. Quickly add your protein blend and stir quick to prevent clumping (most protein blends will clump when heated).

4Top with your berries and walnuts.

5Enjoy! Healthy fats, healthy carbs, perfect amount of protein.
