Layered Pumpkin Cake Dessert Jars

Layers of pumpkin cake with vanilla pudding and a White Chocolate Caramel whipped topping. Everyone will love dessert with their very own cake in a jar! A great break from all the cookie filled Christmas platters we all run into during the holiday season.

Bake the Cake
1Preheat oven 350F
2Combine contents of Do You Bake? Pumpkin Spice Cookies (large bag) with pumpkin, egg and vegetable oil Mix well
3Pour cake into a lightly greased and floured (or parchment lined) 9x9 pan
4Bake for 30 - 35 minutes until cake is fully cooked
5Cool completely on a wire rack
Make Your Pudding
1Make your favorite pudding using 1 1/2 cups of milk and pudding mix. Refrigerate until fully set.
Make Your White Chocolate Caramel Cream
1Combine 1 cup whipped topping or already whipped cream with 1 package of White Chocolate Caramel Latte Mix.
Make Your Individual Jars
1Cut cake into small cubes
2Add cubes to the bottom of each jar
3Top with Vanilla Pudding
4Repeat two to three times until you reach the top of the jar
5Top your individual cake jars with your White chocolate caramel whipped cream
6Store your jars in the fridge until you are ready to serve
