My morning recipe featuring Cookies 'n' Cream Blend -- you can easily swap my recipe out for any of our 0 sugar premium protein blends!
Recipe Also uses : Sinfully Cinnamon from Do You Bake? and the High Five 'n' Grain Bread mix with Do You Bake?

1 cup Cookies 'n' Cream Crave It 0 Sugar Premium Protein Blend

3 whole eggs (large)

1/2 cup egg whites

1 cup almond milk

pinch sea salt

10-12 slices bread **


1Blend ingredients in a blender on high until the protein is mixed through the mix.

2️Pour Mixture into a bowl.

3Heat a large skillet on Medium high.

4️Add three slices of bread at a time to your bowl. Coat your bread well. Usually 30 seconds per side to let the mix soak in enough.

5Lightly grease skillet with a teaspoon of coconut oil (or butter).

6Brown your bread on each side until egg mixture is cooked through and bread is slightly fluffy.

7️Cut into "Strips" to serve as French Toast Sticks.

8️Plate and serve with fresh fruit, honey, agave or maple syrup and sprinkle with Do You Bake? Sinfully Cinnamon Sweet Spice Blend.

**I make my own bread from a Do You Bake? bread Mix that has 12 grains plus flax. If in a pinch, I recommend a sprouted bread that contains at least 3g fiber per slice and less than 80 cals**
