HEALTHY CHICKEN SALAD RECIPE

Supper using TWO Do You Bake? Products for a cold 'sorta hot outside' dinner
RECIPE using . ...
#1 - Classic Chicken Salad Mix (summer product, returning June 16th)
#2 - High Five 'n' Grain Bread Mix
Also a great post workout eats option!

  • Prep: 15 mins

Ingredients

2 cups shredded chicken (I like to bake up, plain, several breasts on the weekend and shred or chop them for easy meals through the week)

1/2 cup greek yogurt

1/2 package Do You Bake? Classic Chicken Salad Mix (summer product)

2-3 tbsp mashed avocado (heart healthy fats!)

2 slices of whole grain bread (made with Do You Bake? High Five 'n' Grain Bread Mix )

sliced tomato, lettuce

Directions

1Put it together!

2Mix your yogurt, avocado, Do You Bake? mix, chicken together. Refrigerate or use immediately.

3Add about 4oz chicken mix to two slices of toasted bread or just untoasted bread!

4Top with lettuce and tomato and enjoy.
