Grilled Shrimp Tacos

Slightly spicy Shrimp Tacos with fresh Cilantro, diced red onion, corn and tomatoes. Ready in about 20 minutes and loaded with so much flavor and texture. A heart healthy meal that doesn't skimp on the YUMM! We use Do You Bake? Mexi-Crazy Salt Free Seasoning Blend

- Yields: 8 - 10 Ship Tacos
1Chop your tomatoes, red onion, cilantro and set in separate bowls. Place on your table for serving
2Warm your Tortillas or grill them lightly over Medium flame on your barbecue and keep them warm in the oven or over indirect heat in the BBQ
3Melt the butter in the microwave and stir in the lime juice.
4Sprinkle Do You Bake? Mexi-Crazy Salt Free Seasoning Blend on top and coat well.
5Add your Shrimp to your Skewers (if using wood, soak for at least 30 minutes beforehand) or into a bowl and coat completely with your Lime Butter
6Grill Shrimp and cook until they just turn pink and opaque (usually 2 - 3 minutes per side, depending on size)
7Remove from grill when fully cooked
8To Serve : Place a few shrimp onto a warm tortilla, top with your fresh tomatoes, cilantro, onions (and other toppings as desired) and fold up. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
