Breakfast, Do You Bake? Powerhouse Nut Mix, Pre and post workout American No Bake

Post workout! - an opportunity to feel and fuel your body with proper nutrients to shuttle in some much-needed protein. My post-workout eats always include real food and a mix of protein and carbohydrates.
- Prep: 10 mins
- Yields: 4 jars
Ingredients
4 jars (usually small jam jars or canning jars. Aprox 12 oz in size with lids
3/4 cup plain fat free greek yogurt per jar (or vanilla as long as its low enough in sugar)
1 oz. Do You Bake? Powerhouse Nut Mix per jar
1 tbsp dried fruit per jar (any you like! I love goji, cranberry, blueberry)
Directions
1Layer your jars
21/3 of the Greek Yogurt, then 1/2 the powerhouse nuts, then Greek yogurt and the rest of the nuts.
3Then Greek yogurt and top with your berries.
4Add the lid and refrigerate when ready to enjoy.
Cals: 325 Protein: 25g Fat: 5g Sugar: 5g
For extra protein add 1/2 scoop favorite protein powder per serving into the Greek yogurt.
