Sugar Cookie Bars
1Preheat Oven 350 degrees F
2In a medium sized bowl combine butter and egg together until whipped and fluffy. Add contents of your Do You Bake? Sugar Cookies Mix and beat until combined. Dough will be stiff
3Transfer dough to a parchment lined or slightly greased 10 inch square pan
4Press your dough into the pan evenly
5Bake for 25 - 30 minutes until light, fluffy and edges are just started to turn brown
6Remove from oven and cool completely
Frosting
1In a large bowl combine butter, sugar and beat slightly. Slowly add cream and beat until you reach desired thickness and consistency
2Spread frosting on top of sugar cookie bars
3Top with your favorite sprinkles
