- Prep: 15 mins
- Cook: 10 mins
Directions
1Heat olive oil in a large sauté pan over medium-high. Season the chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and place in the pan.
2Cover with the lid and sear for 5 minutes on one side.
3Flip and sear 5 to 6 more minutes, or until cooked through.
4Remove the chicken from let cool. After a few minutes, chop the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
5Keep sauté pan on medium heat and add your cream cheese, Do You Bake? Pesto Cheese-ball mix and milk. Stir until completely combined and smooth. Simmer mixture.
6While chicken is cooking and sauce is simmering, boil the pasta along with the broccoli (in a large pot of salted boiling water) until al dente, about 8 minutes.
7Drain the pasta water and return the pasta to the pot.
8Stir in your pesto sauce and chopped chicken.
9Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
10Toss in a few sundried tomatoes (optional) for pretty color.
11Enjoy!
