Brownie Ice Cream Bars

Easy, yummy and delicious. Enjoy brownies layered with your favorite ice cream and topped with drizzled chocolate sauce or your favorite candy bar crunch topping. This is a versatile and easy recipe that can be modified to suit your taste bud and yummy dessert must haves. We use Do You Bake? Gourmet brownie mix as the perfect chocolate fudge brownie bottom.

- Yields: 16 - 20 brownie bottom ice cream bars
1Heat oven to 350°F. Bake brownies as directed on Do You Bake? box in a parchment lined 13x9-inch pan for easy lifting brownie bottom. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
2Once you remove your brownies from oven, remove ice cream from freezer; place in refrigerator to soften, about 1 hour.
3Spread softened ice cream evenly over cooled brownies.
4Freeze 1 1/2 hours or until firm. For bars, cut into 5 rows by 3 rows. Drizzle each serving with chocolate syrup. Store in freezer.
