Berry Summer Tartlet Recipe

Perfect for a party, these individual berry desserts are delicious! This light tart with fresh berries is festive enough for any summer occasion! Easy! Delicious! and presentation worthy!

- Yields: 12-16 tartlat pans
1Preheat Oven 350F
Make your Cheesecake Layer
1In a medium sized bowl, combine your Blueberry Blast Cheeseball mix with 8oz cream cheese (soft). Beat until smooth. Refrigerate.
Make your Tartlet Base
1In a large bowl empty contents of Sugar Cookie Mix. Add eggs and butter and blend well until a soft dough forms.
2Roll Dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut into rounds (using a large glass or biscuit cutter larger than your tartlet pans)
3Press rounds dough into your lightly greased tartlet pans
4Place tartlet pans onto a large cookie sheet. Prick bottom of tartlets a couple times with fork
5Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until golden. Let cool completely
1Spread your Blueberry Blast Cheeseball mixture evenly in between all your tartlet bases.
2Top each with enough blueberry pie filling and refrigerate.
3Remove from pans before serving and top with vanilla ice cream or whipping cream.
